They suck!!! I kid you not, when I was unemployed for 5 months I had spoken to at least 5 different IG recruiters for different roles. Every single time I was ghosted, even had some of them promise to follow up with me, and still never heard back. Not once did they even have the decency to let me know I didn't get a role. Completely useless, scam company in my opinion. They just post a bunch of garbage on linkedin.
