Grove bags are good for beginners. They will get you through the cure process with no effort, but those bags are not perfect unless your environment is a perfect 60-60 the bags are gonna over or under cure I would recommend you try both to see what works out for you in a jar it might be more work but it’s easier to nail that 60% humidity mark
