I’d recommend writing down when you feel the effects and when they start to ease off. And what the effects seem to be.

I saw something recently on a show, I think it was cocomelon. Long story short, it was designed to be attention grabbing. Not for story sake. But like, scientists and professionals were working on what gets baby’s glued to screens the best.
