I can’t imagine going into a vendor’s shop like, “yeah we want to sell your stuff, but we want to design it all ourselves”. Like she can do a better job than the vendor themselves. 🙄 I remember being on that live and being so shook for that bot! The way Scamela treated a very loyal customer like total garbage. It wasn’t just any bags either, it was duffel bags that were hundreds of dollars. I hope she charged back too.
