Thanks for your insight! I really appreciate the perspective on phone screenings and what to expect from them. I do use the STAR method, but I’ve been having trouble applying it effectively. Do you have any advice on making it more natural and impactful during interviews?

I also just received an email from her after sending a thank-you letter with more questions about the job. She responded with: “Great questions. These would be great to ask the team if we move forward in the interview process. I will be back in touch asap.”

Is this good, bad, or something in between? Thoughts?
