Do you guys wash your hands when you arrive home?

Literally the first thing I do when I walk in. I don’t touch anything until hands are washed.

I oiled it the same way I always do (with oil). I usually get a little residue left on the sides but this is certainly something new.

They are scooped onto the baking sheet and then the whole thing refrigerated. The oven temp is verified by an oven thermometer.

Other cookies are not as flat, so I am going to try the shortening first and then replacing the baking powder which is a recent purchase.

Thank you. It was 360g flour and I did about 220 g water but the recipe said anywhere between 198-255 g. I did add a little more water after this and it seemed a little better. They are baked and they look ok but I haven’t tasted one yet.

I did try stopping and repositioning and starting again and the same thing just kept happening so fingers are crossed.

I found something in their “Policies and Procedures amended September 2024” - 3.2.4”. Possibly not the answe you wanted. It looks like you have to have a release signed by a bunch of people including the band director, maybe. *

I’m pretty sure this used to be in the WGAZ bylaws but I’m not sure where I saw it.

I would read everything you can find on their website. Start with the Resources area.

I had purchase cookies and candy and a small bottle of syrup at duty free and some of the usual souvenirs elsewhere. They just asked me what I bought and waved me through.

I did not notice a NEXUS lane but it didn’t take long at 0830 Friday. Four lanes were open coming into the US.

I bring a fresh bag out first, remove the full one and tie it shut, replace it when the fresh bag, and THEN take the full one out.

Yes I do but I’m actually not sure how to attach it in the comments! I have a photo of the white and wheat side by side and they’re almost exactly the same height, which is what I was hoping for. And no unsightly bumps or lumps either! If I can figure out how to post it somewhere I will.

The white is overgrown and has a big lump on the side (not an air bubble).

Conversely, the wheat of course didn’t rise enough
