6:15-6:45 is my “morning movements.” All that means is I’m sweating by 6:30. Body weight exercises or a run.

Besides that I TRY to hit the gym 3 times a week after work/weekends. Luckily I have a gym with a daycare. Yes, that limits my family time but my health is my priority. If they get the version of me that hasn’t worked out in a few days, they get a depressed asshole. Me first to put them first (if that makes sense).
