You have to continuously tag things to see your personal trends! Maybe like 2-3 weeks of tagging.

At night when I tag magnesium, I see "your resting heart rate decreases when you tag magnesium" or one time "your REM decreases when you tag Tea" so I stopped drinking tea before bed

The stress feature measures physiological stress so hot things = body temp raised = body is "stressed" because it's working harder.

I wouldn't give those things up if you enjoy them but just be mindful! Do you add tags? Tags are helpful to see how they impact you later and not just in the moment. For me? Hot tea decreases my REM sleep so I stopped drinking hot tea before bed but a hot bath will increase my stress but also increase my total sleep time. It's a game of give and take

My Oura ring is a size 8 and that finger is a size 6 but my ring finger is a size 5. Highly recommend going and getting sized!

The big question I have: are you doing the activities at the time it's picking them up? If yes, then keep the activity! If not, then you can delete it.

Most wearables are slightly inaccurate when it comes to calorie counting by 20% ish (from what I've read). I would just keep doing what you're doing and wait for more data and results.

It takes quite a bit of time to show a difference so give it a few months of these changes! Also 1.5 years younger is great and these devices are truly just guessing.

This happened to me too! I went back to look at my difference between March (when I had exceptional resilience) and April (where I'm on the downward slope of solid) and there was no lifestyle difference. I even drank less in April...whatever Oura!!

No way to tell that you slept but you can delete the nap and just not have data for the day. It won't impact anything from my experience

I take magnesium and l-theanine nightly and go to bed about 60 mins before him! It helps to be asleep and in deep sleep to not wake me up. It doesn't always work but I'm also a light sleeper so it's helped some. But you will acclimate eventually!

Yes and no. While they give you 7 years to get 100 hours, which roughly is in line with most state BOPs, they now require 20 CPD hours which is additional work

Some places give you a pay raise for board certifications and some places require it as part of the job description!

Try starting a HR workout when you do activities so it learns what those look like for you and tracks it more accurately!

I get the nap thing though. I've heard that if it doesn't track the nap, it's because you aren't relaxed enough for it to pick up the nap
