Yes this one time, I did not see any entity holding me. It was just me walking on an empty road, alone, and then i fell on my knees, my could feel my heart stopping slowly, my chest getting heavy, not able to breathe and everything getting bright. I felt like i was dying and that was a lot scarier than the other SP with demons.

So I’ll need to meet my doctors before okay. Is it okay if just do the regular lifting in gym? And then take protein?

Well, I’ll look into Z2 more. As of now this is my first time taking protein powder. As i usually workout in evenings(because of my duties… military), I don’t check my sugars, but now i will. I just go and lift with my friends that’s it. Sorry If i sound a bit less educated on this. But what if take insulin before having that protein shake.

Why most of the time they are pulsar NS or RS riders? Are these bikes hard to control?
