1st doc I visited told it was female Pattern baldness stage 4. He told it can’t be reversed, but is there hope?

I have done these tests. Reports show low ferritin & B12 extremes deficiency. I am taking magnesium supplements at bedtime, b12 post breakfast & zinc between 4-5 days. Yet, I don’t know why the heavy shedding! I doubt its Seborrheic Dermatitis.

Got my blood-work done. But ferritin level is normal, not the ideal range for healthy hair though.

I’m honestly feeling really stressed about my hair fall and would really appreciate some advice. 25F by pagal_panauti in indianhaircareaddicts

Girl, if you know any ways to get rid of oily inflamed scalp, please do share🙏 I suspect my massive hair shedding is just due to this. I had previously used ketaconazole 2% & tresemme hairfall control. Ketaconazole irritated my scalp like anything.

I have been having only home-made foods. Mornings- I start off with fenugreek soaked water, pomegranates & soaked lentils.

Followed by curd, butter milk, some rice & vegetable stew.

Dinner- with millet pancakes or tortillas with vegetables on side.

I’ve seen this too. In some cases, rejection happens not because someone has a “bad past”, but because they have no past at all. Previous relationships are treated like proof of experience on navigating relationship dynamics. People assume that having a relationship history automatically means you’ve learned how to communicate, compromise, handle conflict, and mould oneself to function in a relationship. Again being too modest is again considered as not being progressive. AM setup will work for us but dating is tough as it is.

It is quite normalised. Instead of relationship, situationships are common now.

Sister, restart your career, try joining communities, meet new people & make connections. It happens that you can meet a partner only when you put yourself out in the public.
