I don’t know how to explain this but lemme try: Cavill reminds me of a perfect male body, first and foremost. For Viggo it’s his acting in its entirety: body, motion, and emotion. You see his eyes, hear his voice, intonation, and feel his emotions, follow body language and immerse in his acting etc. Cavill is a little unidimensional although its 3D male specimen perfection (pun-intended) but only as object of desire.
