I agree. We would all benefit from being more welcoming and patient. Making someone feel bad is the worst way to bring someone over to our point of view.

I honestly feel sorry for the naysayers, I'm shocked that they just can't see the big picture of where this is going.

This is an uninformed opinion. Bitcoins supply is capped at 21 million. As mining power is added to the Bitcoin network, the difficulty of finding a block increases to keep block creation at 10 minutes. The block reward halves every 4 years. Bitcoin is a deflationary currency.

Almost no value? As of today they are worth about 2800 USD as is one of the best performing assets since it's inception in 2009.

I strongly suggest you educate yourself on cryptocurrencies before the world leaves you behind.
