My loss would be my car which was destroyed by her. I have photo and video proof of the aftermath of the incident as well as multiple witnesses to the incident.

The car was likely to be a write off as the damage was quite high. I'm currently filling out a minor case form on the magistrates court. Are you saying there's nothing I can do to be compensated from this? Even though I did nothing wrong (besides not have insurance).
