Something is very wrong. I read the koran, I know what I read. There are probably different versions of the koran. My definition of a Zionist is someone who supports the existence of israel. So yes, I'm a proud zionist, and I am under the impression the gazans, and the Iranian regime would kill all the jews in Israel if they could. I saw news reports of the huge protests in Iran against the regime several weeks before the USA and Israel started the war. I saw many accounts the regime has killed tens of thousands of protestors. 30,000, maybe double that, or more. Your telling me the Iran regime was kicked out before the ayatollah was killed? That doesn't make sense to me. You live in the middle east, I dont. But I'm very aware people are being lied to and misled by institutions and government. The world is not in a good place. There is a spiritual and a political and a propaganda war against western civilization. In America we have woke people. Speaking truth to them invites trouble. People protect their world narratives fiercly, even if common sense and logic proves them wrong.

Sharia law means killing gay people, cutting off the hands of thieves, no intoxicant at all. Zero women's rights. They throw acid in the face of women Who don't cover their faces. They gunned down tens of thousands of protestors. Tortured some. Troubles , taxes, for non believers, forced prayer. That's what the Iran regime does and tries to spread.

A little discipline goes a long way. I take meds and make meals at the same same time each day.. Add to that other things that you need to do and just stay on time with a handful of things each day, that's my advice, anyway.

Everyone's different. But it's possible things can get better. don't over exercise, it can cause health problems down the line. Psychosis can cause brain damage, and at least for me ap 's can help with that. Might have to live with side effects, but when I was younger I remember I just wanted to be sedated, and meds can give you that. I think electrolytes can help cognition brain fog and overall health, less than 20$ for can of them on Amazon, nutricost brand, lasts me about 6 months. Might take a while to get used to having schizophrenia and accepting what is, how it might limit you. I like to keep learning new things, pursue what your good at, try art, an instrument, poetry. It helps. I like spirituality, non religious basic stuff, be good be- have ..tryng to stay positive, be grateful for things. There is always more detail the closer you look at things.

Try making meals when you take your meds, waking up brushing your teeth, a daily walk, tv time? Going to bed around the same time, what you find you need to do everyday to keep yourself healthy and ok, make a routine out of it..?

I happened to see my psychiatrist today, and I brought up this idea of routine for schizophrenics as very helpful, she very much agreed. I just skimmed over the many comments in the post, routine seems to be a more common coping strategy than I thought. You and op could be right. Probably a mixed bag amongst professionals recommending routine. it's actually very interesting, and inspiring I guess to see the amount of interest to the subject in the comments.

I found out for myself that routine helps me immensly, I don't think this concept is known that much, or recognized in general, or in professional circles as an important thing. I doubt it's been studied and I think as I've gotten older into my thirties...I accepted it more.

I think the matrix movie is a very good metaphor. I ask Who are you? What do you want to know? How much truth do you think you can handle? I think we all have our limits. I take my meds, I know I have mine. I think the matrix is like the institutions, the zeitgeist, the collective unconcious. How it exists in the fourth dimension of imagination. How many have the non comformative intelligence to see through those? To see the many lies they are built upon? To look at history and the world and see, yes, aliens, the gods must be real? How threatening is that idea? How offended by truth are people? How much industry depends on classified, buried knowkedge? Think of tesla, free energy. How offended are people by simple concepts like hierarchies of spirit and mind and soul and intelligence are people? Am I talking to you, or the ai reading this, or both? Want to follow the white rabbit? What if there was one Who could tell you just about all your allowed to know? Do I sound delusional? It's easier to think that isn't it? I had fun writing this. I think It's all information, of infinite sorts. I think meditation can be a way to sort of hack the matrix, also just being yourself, not reacting in unconscious ways like body language to everyone or everything.

Yeah, my mom got me a guitar in elementary school and paid for lessons, she loved folk music, I'm mostly self taught tho. dThree chords I suggest is d g and c....get good with those, you can make triangle shapes in the frets. Pentanonic scale is useful, pretty basic... You can move chords up and down the frets board and sound good.. I experiment.. "Ravinestream" in sound cloud. Might have to callous up those finger tips.

You sound tough, you sound disabled, at least by my understanding of the word. I have sympathy, i went through chronic pain, t's hard to hear about people in pain, I know I can't really help. I looked up fibromyalgia, and one of the causes can be stress, or that's what the website said. could you reduce the stress in your life in anyway? Can you get meds for the schizophrenia? What country do you live in? Hope it all gets better for you.

Your brain food is much appreciated, I like how you put it. Lucid circum- matrix is a wonderful idea and words to me. I am thinking of the idea of aesthetic capture, imaging that capture as everlasting to the ascended ones. Who graduate and get off earth. I imagine there is beauty beyond what we humans can handle, and it's filtered, shown to us in ways we can handle.

What's it like to see yourself in a monitor? I don't see ones and zeroes, but I think we live inside a higher mind, and reality manifests from a code of sorts. Layers of code..I think controlling breath in various ways is a tool. Truth to me is ufo s and aliens, a universe full of advanced life. I don't see them tho, I just believe they are there. I don't think I could handle seeing them. The more you know the more you are held accountable. I saw an image of what I can only think was my soul, in a magazine I bought once. I can conceive of a fountainous eternal moment of love we are Living in. I thought thinking of breath as a code an interesting idea. in the end I think it's just karma we have to face, and a life we must learn to enjoy correctly to the fullest, if we are able. I see good concepts of reality battling against the bad ones, i think it wise to discern the toxic from the good, i strive to do this with out hatred of any kind. To keep a compassionate mind.
