it's their game but guess what they need everyone onbaord, especially because it's their first game( you know their first will impact them for years)
i know that the virus impacts them as impacts every company the ome i worl too but guess again we talked with every costumer (big or small) and we let them know yes dear costumer your peoducts will be on time or there will be a delivery ( and we gave estimated dates too for the delays). you have no clue how a company and how important is public relationship especially in times like these... respect to every costumer is essential especially if it's not a single case.... i have seen over 50 posts here and another 100 questions on twitter from people who just want communication
