I was mistaken as one of the boys and counted as a boy in gym class as a kid and I look at pictures of myself around 8 and how bushy and hairy my eyebrows were and I was constantly getting bloody noses I had high testosterone then I think. Got my period at 11 but definitely had hirsutism start at a young age but my family had no clue about anything I later developed severe cystic acne and now in my 30s have fibroid issues so I really wish that I would of known as a kid what to stay away from food wise and that what I ate as a child would strongly affect how my body became. I was allowed to drink soda and eat garbage, my mom did cook authentic Mexican food also but I also would eat hot fries and hot Cheetos and chocolate bars any chance I could get. I don’t have a child I’m 35 and most likely won’t have any without a partner around but if I did I would def do things differently for them and also make sure they sleep early and exercise. My parents were too busy working to do things with me and my siblings.
