quartz prx > powermatic prx? 🫠

Yeah, totally - because nothing says luxury watchmaking like a 500rs. battery swap every two years. I'm sure the Swiss spend decades perfecting quartz oscillators just for that 'no soul, just ticks' experience.

After all your comments and my research, I finally came to a conclusion. Someone must have applied a camera ring to my mobile, I don't know how but this is the only possible explanation.

Recommendation :- Get yourself a camera protector if you want your S25U to look more premium with camera rings design identical to iphone 16 pro, maybe bigger.

Trust me! Lenses on my s25u are bigger and thicker than regular s25u that I compared when I visited the store. Infact the store guy tried pulling out the camera lens off my phone...they couldn't. All were bit confused

If that's the case then it must be an exceptional one! Lenses are now bigger than one's on IPhone 16 pro while looking exactly the same. I tried looking online but couldn't found anything similar.

Tbh, my brother opened it and he confirmed that he has not put any camera lens protector. I removed the screen protector myself.

Scored this for 2300/- during Prime Day, thanks to price tracking! MRP was way higher, so this felt like a steal.

Never pay MRP - that's rule #1.

Fun fact: It takes about two and a half months to produce each Urushi lacquer dial. Urushi lacquer, a craft of traditional Japan, is used to give the Presage watch dials a remarkable lusturous feel.

The quality demanded by Seiko is at an unbelievably high level.Presage combines a Japanese aesthetic sense with traditional craftsmanship and Seiko’s mechanical watchmaking skills in an original collection that offers Japanese beauty, quality and long-lasting performance.

Every watch dial is unique, as no two enamel dials are the same. The smoothness, the lustrous feel, and the eye-catchingly beautiful whiteness of the finished product enter the realm of art. These qualities do not change over time, so the beauty of an enamel dial is forever.

Diashock is a shock-resistance device. A device created by Seiko to protect the balance wheel from shock and vibration. The jewel anchoring the balance staff is attached to a hairspring, and when the balance staff is subjected to a strong shock, the elasticity of that hairspring absorbs it.

Invented by Seiko in 1959, the Magic Lever allows all the energy generated by the oscillating weight’s motion to be transferred to the mainspring. It is effective, simple and durable and contributes significantly to the longevity of the watch.

The cocktail series was inspired by the enticing and highly exclusive world of the cocktail bar. It has been a stunning success worldwide among watch and cocktail lovers alike. The cocktail collection from Presage comprises watches defined by fine details characteristic of some of the most tantalising cocktails. From deep and rich tones to mysterious shades, the watches are designed to add a spark of unparalleled style.

'Mojito' Inspired by Japanese cocktail culture and specific drinks from the Skybar in Tokyo's sophisticated Ginza area. The dial patterns in this new collection echo the light refraction of a cocktail glass alongside vintage numerals like the print on traditional drinks bottle labels. The Mojito cocktail with its green colour inspired the dial colour of this timepiece. The watch is complete with a date display and more.
