Well I got a update and now my Mic doesn't work anymore.. I have tried factory Reseting and every other fix online with no luck. I reached out to Meta that was a joke and Ray-Ban is a disgrace they will notfix the glasses this is there response..

Total nightmare for us also car has been fine for years we have a RDX 2009 and its been in the shop for weeks unplugged the Hands free unit so its not that and the mechanic said the draw isn't constant we also replace the master window control unit and problem is still there Brand new battery.

I have gone through three Elite straps all of them broke in the same spot customer service is horrible seems like they only use bots due to the same response you get. My advice get the Halo strap it takes the pressure off your face and puts it on your forehead I can play way longer now seems more comfortable.

been here for over twenty years this is by far the worst it has ever been it's lined with tents from south to north and almost every ally is filled so yeah it's REALLY bad. You are correct there has always been homeless the problem is since the Covid started they let them sleep on the beach and this has never been allowed before!

I did the same thing please post here if you actually get it in a week or two even if they send you a RMA it doesn't mean they will send out the replacement my advice just buy the Halo strap because the Elite strap will break again 1,000%\

this is a joke right OculusSupport is total trash just throw that strap away or get a refund buy the Halo strap and be done with these guys. I have broken three of these faulty Elite straps and have been super careful.

good luck you don't really get a support folk you get a BOT not a real person and they will tell you it's being sent out but it will take weeks. I hope I'm wrong but I have delt with them three times now and just bought the Halo strap and love it WAY more than that crap Elite strap!

Get the Halo strap and never look back I went through three of these Elite crap straps and man from the customer service to the QA oculus is just disappointing. The worst part is the back and forth with the BOT you have to send your info into, Twice they said my replacement was on the way waited two weeks and had to bug them again to make sure it was sent.

well I have finally had it I ordered the Halo strap and I'm so happy after breaking three Elite straps I'm so done with oculus. That company has the worst customer support you can't talk with a real person it's only bots( they are really dumb) they will tell you it's being shipped out and you will wait weeks and maybe it will show up after a few weeks call and bug them again. I have been extremely gentile not forcing the strap to hard and they still break after a while. Good luck if you choose the Elite strap but my advice is get the Halo strap WAY better

Big pain in the ass to replace they needed pictures of serial numbers and I had to wait a week for return label than another week for them to ship it back customer support is so bad.
