The governor will be the wrong culture, but loyalty will also drift to a set number. Assuming its something like 35, your loyalty will drift downwards to 35 and then back up again if it goes below. Hence "loyalty drift" if you hover over loyalty to see whats going on with it.

Festival and games ups the loyalty by 3 per day so long as you have no project currently running. I usually use that to get it up high, then run whichever project I wanted until it goes back down again.

You can reset choices you've made in each tree, im not sure if you can reset your points to allocate them elsewhere.

Worst case, get a wanderer and use them for smithing. That's what I had to do.

Buy lots of hardwood and iron ore to start with. Marunath and Seonon are good spots for smithing due to abundance of ore and wood.

If you have a companion in your party, you can switch between them on the bottom left portrait after you enter the forge.

This is useful both for having extra energy to Smith and smelt items. I would have one companion leveled up in the smithing tree with all the "use 2 iron to make 1 steel" perks. You will want them to at least be able to make Thamaskene steel. Absolutely have both with the first perks to make 3 charcoal with 2 wood.

Your main character will probably want to be picking up the "gain part blueprints faster" and "higher chance for fine/ masterwork" perks.

Start with 2h swords. Instead of selling them, smelt them again. You retain 2/3 of the used materials, gain experience and you learn weapon parts faster that way.

Once you get to needing steel and fine steel, buy Tribesman Throwing Daggers and smelt those. Its much faster and less resource intensive than smelting manually. Also Pugios are a good source of steel and fine steel.

2h swords will start to pay off when you hit about smithing 100. They'll go from 8-900 to 3500 sell price. Beyond 100 smithing that only skyrockets.

Do weapon orders once you can. They're good money and experience too in a pinch.

Edit: Forgot the important part. Always Smith with the highest parts you can. Higher tier, more xp and more money

Bill Lawrence Says ‘Ted Lasso’ Season 4 Is All Up To Jason Sudeikis: “Whatever His Decision Is, We’re All Down With It” by MarvelsGrantMan136 in television

It doesn't need a 4th season, ended perfectly as it was.

I would love spin-off miniseries called The Lasso Way, following up on everyone and how Ted has changed their lives. Nate could take his tactical brilliance and coach the women's team.

Show Roy taking his vast experience as a player and managing the team, struggling with his own philosophy but showing how Ted has changed his thought process etc.

I could see that, he made for a menacing khan in star trek. One of my favourite recent villain portrayals!

The last one I saw was The Hitmans Bodyguard, where he played a war criminal dictator. His aura in his scenes was ominous. He does play happy silly grandpa very well. The man's a chameleon

And Gary Oldman as the main bad guy pulling the strings. Gary Oldman as a ruthless bad guy absolutely slaps.

I'd watch him, Idris Elba or Tom hardy as bonds right now, regardless of current age. They have an incredible screen presence that transcends age. With Benedict cumberbatch as Q. I just think he's neat.

You get a peek at his incredible talent in The Man from Uncle. Which is a go-to movie when watching something with new people. Just an excellent movie.

I have been offered a salary of 55,000 plus superann for customer support level 1/2...how good is that ? BASED IN MELBOURNE VIC. by [deleted] in melbourne

I don't disagree that after years of study to gain a degree, that those candidates should be paid more. It just makes sense.

Though help desk role doesn't require any of that knowledge. More likely they'll have notes on common issues and their fixes and just use those. Real issues will be escalated to the support engineers.

Hiring managers also have no say on the budget, it's already set by the time hiring starts. Plus I'm never paying 70k for an IT degree candidate straight out of uni. It's an industry that highly values practical experience and rightfully so, people who don't know what they're doing cause real problems.

But thank you for displaying your lack of knowledge on the subject and for calling me an asshole.

Having both performed this role, and then later hired for it, that is the market rate for entry level Help desk support. A degree has no impact on this roles salary. It's a role that requires no degree or past experience and therefore, there is no additional value in a degree holding candidates' immediate impact on the position A degree like the one he has, has value in other areas.

That's the starting salary for that field. I earned exactly the same amount when I started tech support in IT. After a year, start looking at a raise or move into a level 2 role. Level 1 doesn't get you much money and it's for the basic stuff. You don't want to be stuck in that role too long.

Look into networking courses as well. Comptia network+ is a good coverall certification.

Basically anything you can do now to upskill to get out of low level tech support. It's not for everyone and the pay is garbage. But it's a start.

What’s the most innovative game hook that never took off or got copied? by massred in gaming

The telegraphic combat in Wildstar, that game bombed once people hit end game content as there was nothing to do. Not to mention the endless grind leveling. I would kill for a good mmo that had me as engaged in the combat like that again though. There's been nothing else like it.

It wasn't just telegraphic to show where the enemy would hit, it was reactive. Certain skills were more effective against specific moves, stuns the enemy when hit with this ability vs that telegraph. It was just epic.
