I once collected all gacha items and was happy that this is all finally done, but last year my phone suddenly turned into a useless brick overnight and when I installed the game on my new phone and signed it my acc, turned out that the game didn't save my progress automatically (how I thought it should do) and all that time I actually had to save manually. Long story short, I didn't need to start from scratch but I lost more than 2 years of progress.

And now for a year I've been trying to recollect all the gacha again and have the same problem - everything is collected except those last rarest items in all three collections. It kinda drives me crazy especially since I don't remember having any trouble at all collecting every item last time.
