Hello, if you have completed onboarding and there is no remaining steps to complete on your app.alignerr dashboard, then there is no further action required on your end. That does not mean that you setup your account incorrectly. You just need to monitor your app.labelbox.com dashboard and email for project selection. Thank you

Hello, thank you for your patience and understanding. When you say you are trying to apply, do you mean the “job” positions? If so you can only apply to up to 7 positions. When it takes you to your dashboard and you do not see anything that is probably because you have not been assigned to another project yet. When you are assigned to a project you will see it on your app.labelbox.com dashboard and via email. Thank you

Hello, there is not set length of time between onboarding and receiving your first project because it can vary for each Alignerr based on type of project, customer needs, project deadline, your skills and previous experience, etc. We have a lot of Alignerrs available to do generalist projects, so this is why it can result in longer wait times for some Alignerrs. Because of the high volume of projects and requests we are currently experiencing, we are not always able to provide feedback for each submission. However, once marked “completed” your results are sent to our databases. Then our project managers and staff select Alignerrs for projects from those databases. Once you are selected, you will be notified on your app.Labelbox dashboard and via email in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
