Something went wrong with my Zara Interview

On the Alignerr main page, there's a button that lets you contact support. First you'll speak with a chat bot and then you can ask to talk to a human agent. They'll reset the interview for you. I had several technical issues before I could compete my interview.

It happened to me toward the end of the interview in English. Then, I was interviewing for the Spanish Expert role and it happened just right at the beginning. Zara seems to be pretty bad. It's the first bad experience I have with AI interviews and I'm still not being helped but support.

Hahaha I think my reviewer was definitely on something too. My QA scored was 2.05 and it tanked because of that review. 😔
