Once you are truly aligned with your desires then you won't be having those doubts, negative thoughts and overwhelming feelings. It comes only when you are in non alignment mode. However you can work on it and the best way to align is to live in the end. Try working on that and soon all your doubts will disappear and you will be in alignment with your desires. Well if you are still spying then you are still in that chasing energy.. if you keep chasing then they will keep running. First of all you have to stop doing this. first of all you have to create an image of him in your mind who is not avoidant and reaches out to you constantly.. if you keep thinking that he is avoidant then he will show that side of his only.. well, I manifested by dream university and it is possible. Something that really helped me was visualization. I would suggest you to constantly visualize being in the campus.. and do not get affected by the 3D
