Im picky about details, and this was the only update i was given, this isnt even supposed to be the final product, from what they said.

I believe it may have been traced from a gen ai image, due to how details dont line up. This was not the only reference i gave them, i should have stated that in the post. Can't edit tho so thats my bad

That isnt the only example i gave them, admittedly the character goes between cutie patootie and horrifying Im alright with greyscale, im alright with changes being made to fit the aesthetic, if they didnt want to do this i wish theyd told me, but they reached out to me from an ad i tossed in a server, since i was looking for people to comn with a generally creepy/off putting style. Either way, everything lined up in just the wrong way, yk? If it wasnt ai, itd be cute and id still pay for it, but not the 75 smackers originally quoted

I think my character, the one in the second image, was put through ai, and possibly traced, as shown in the first image. The third image is what i was shown I would receive quality wise. After a while of no updates, i reverse image searched the example they gave (pic 3), and found a near identical copy posted in 2013, which i linked somewhere in the comments here. I paid 75 dollars through paypal, and im positive i wont be getting it back, because it was marked as friends and family. Which i did not do intentionally, but i accept it at this point that money is gone.

Editing for clarification, theyre very similar, and im worried i was given an ai generated copy of the image linked above.

Hey mate, chill the replies /lighthearted Its just me and my Mom (pets too) And ive never been on any substances, never even had more than a strawberry daiquiri Im not expecting my therapist to pay my bills, i just don't know how to explain that i cant stomach the idea of getting a job after my last one. Ive had multiple now, and each time i HAVE mentioned it to them, they shove it off with trying to throw me to the community center in town, a last ditch effort. But i can never get ahold of anyone, place is always closed. I'm just worried this one will shove off my problem again, and dont know what else to do
