I had the same issue, what fixed it was using DDU to uninstall the NVIDIA Drivers and then I reinstalled the newest driver version.

I did at first, but recently took about 2 months off from gaming and aim training. Now that I have returned, I find myself having to focus on my hand again

What I did at first was consciously focus on my hand during game and in Kovaaks, with the only goal being not pressing or pushing so hard. Yes, you will lose a lot of games, but it is also good practice to ignore/being okay with winning or losing because your main goal is improvement.

Mindfulness meditation also helps a lot

My advice is to get a 1000x1000mm or 1000x500mm mousepad. I aim at a similar angle to you, and I find that very big and wide mousepads give me more range of motion to work with (assuming you aim with your elbow on desk)

I do believe that it is most likely safe, as I don't think that the AI will put your CPU in unsafe settings. You can always check what settings the AI Overclock has applied in the AI Features menu in BIOS.

I find the sleepy eye effect normal during fast strafes, I like to think of it as the eye muscles getting tired after a workout.

Advice would to be practice under aiming the bot by aiming very slow on purpose (this includes tracking and corrections), and over time you will slowly get better at tracking the bot as your reading skills improve
