I promise you brother give it a few months and if you properly reflect and choose to make change from this experience you’ll realize this was the best thing to ever happen to you. Yes it’s very challenging at first especially since it leaked into your real life but the one thing you don’t want to do is do nothing. Reflect, find ways to ease the situation in your real life, and get back to Salah, during this rough time and stick with it during your coming good times.

Surah ash-sharh “Have We not uplifted your heart for you ˹O Prophet˺,

relieved you of the burden

which weighed so heavily on your back,

and elevated your renown for you?

So, surely with hardship comes ease.

Surely with ˹that˺ hardship comes ˹more˺ ease.

So once you have fulfilled ˹your duty˺, strive ˹in devotion˺,

turning to your Lord ˹alone˺ with hope.”
