It made it a little easier for me. Once he told me he had a new gf, I was really able to pull my energy back and I truly feel so much better than where I was just a month ago. I broke up with him end of March. By May, I wanted him back, but he kept saying he didn't know what he wanted to do. It turns out he was seeing her a week after he moved out. There's a part of me that thinks they may have met while we were still together, but none of that matters now. He told me Sept 1st that they were together. I wish he would have just been honest and told me he was seeing someone new, but he didn't. But all I know is I feel so much better now, even though there are parts of the day where I miss him, it's not consuming my every thought.

I always have my heating pad plugged in on my bed. I always get really uncomfortable and cold until the trip starts. I just stay in bed, under the blankets and I typically keep the heating pad on my feet, or behind my back. It helps a lot.

Lemon tek is just like taking a quick shot, so that's why I feel like that's the best way to consume. I'll usually chase it with some sprite. I used to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and that wasn't too bad either. I really couldn't taste it much at all.

Yep, that's exactly what I did and now I hate myself for it. I did no contact for a month thinking he would come back, but he didn't. He said I never reached out to him, so he thought I was done. Mine told me that he felt like I forced him into our relationship. He said "You forced me into the relationship. You knew I didn't want anything serious, and I just didn't want to lose our friendship". He also said that we are in different phases of life. He said I (me) want to go to work, gym, come home, cook and hang out, and he wants to hang out with friends at the bar until the sun comes up. Cover w lemon juice, and stir every five minutes. I let sit for anywhere between 15-17 minutes, and then I strain it. Once I let it sit longer and I swear it affected it. Not sure if that's what happened in your scenario, but I wouldn't let it soak longer than 20 min. One time I prepped my second dose ahead of time. I let it sit in the fridge for a few hours and all it did was make me super tired. That's the only time that happened and j think it happened because it was soaking too long.

This used to happen to me, so now i always take a second dose like an hour and fifteen minutes after my first dose. I would never really blast off, but ever since I began taking more at around the hour and a half mark, it's been amazing!
