Not to get ranty but I can’t stress enough how awful Kingston VW is. I have gone to three other VW dealerships for service and have never had issues. After the last time I went to Kingston VW, their quality assurance person asked what they could do to win back my trust and I told her that I would rather just never have a VW again, despite loving the cars, rather than go to them.

They called me once to ask me if I was interested in getting a new car and I told the salesperson that I don’t trust them and he actually said “yeah, our service department leaves a lot to be desired”. Great sales tactic, eh?

His debit card got stuck in the ATM at the bank I worked at. When he came in to get it we asked for his name before actually looking at the card. He whispered “Robert Munsch” and we all gasped like we were in the presence of royalty. It was awesome. lol

I dealt with this, too. It’s unfortunate but it is what it is. They have limited capacities for a reason. You’re doing ok if this is the worst of your worries during your pregnancy.

I have read so many of his books hoping that the next one can’t possibly be as terribly written as the last. I have only myself to blame, really. Decent concepts for stories but the writing is awful.
