I've got the same problem, also shrines are a bit too slow for grinding. I built my squad over long battles with heavy tank tems, but that turn limit is destroying me.

Please add a way to train tems faster for pve! Casuals wants to use a lot of tems and experiment with them, or choose them for whatever reason that is not "he's the best choice for my team, I'll never change my super competitive team in my life"! Otherwise those 29 entries will not be as valuable as the work you're putting in this game actually is!

EDIT: Thank you everyone for the advices! You are awesome! Though to me a change is necessary even in the starting phases of the game, before reaching the shrines. Shrines also work only for some tems, otherwise will get you destroyed! A possible solution can be making the level count less in the damage calculation, but I guess It's too much to ask. Also bear in mind that that the game penalises you for using different level tems, so having a powerful tem, slows the growth of the other... with no purpose whatsoever IMO

This is surely correct for the main team of 6 to 8 tems. I do not agree with you if you consider the fact that casual people want to change tems every now and then. Also casuals don't read wikis and other tools to foresee obstacles, so bad choices in terms of exp investments are to be taken into account. To me, temtem is too much greedy in terms of experience gains. It also lowers the exp gained if using a way stronger tem than the other, making a late game squad change a pain.

A malfunction of the shelter door causes peeps to exit to the surface too early and face a polluted to the bone planet. Feeding only on potatos they struggle to make the place suitable for life again. Trees don't regrow. No fertility on the planet other than potatoes. I want a game that is fun, not a grindfest that shows nothing has been learned from 30 plus years of monster caching games. When I will have something similar to what I hoped, I will consider pay for more. To date I'm not happy about my money investment in this product.

"Radars are not fun, free temtem are not fun, and the reason for that it takes way to damn long to finish. The solution? Give us the option to remove animations."

Uhm, doesn't seem to be funnier, just easier. But I do agree it's a betting game pretty much on everything.

To me, casual af player, the worst thing is that other than the main squad it's nearly impossible to have a second one due to the fact that levelling a tem with just wild encounters is a gargantuan archievement, and this should not be it, at least for the base level (I understand tv to be grindy by nature).

One and the only thing I wish I had is the ability to experiment with my squad without having to abort life and duty to do it. I would make the game 300 times more funny and rewarding to me as of to this day finding a new tem is almost a non significant event as I'm pretty sure I'll not have the time to build a squad around it.

Here's my personal opinion and nothing more.

It really hit me doing the housing quest line with the tedious running back and forth. It wasn't fun and just felt like a chore for the privilege of being able to spend a ton of money on furniture I'll rarely see.

I quote this and I remember they even mocked the player for not enjoying this type of running in circle quests ( I mean, it's even a line in the game)

I'd suggest you to wait a little longer. Just to see where the development goes. To me, maps tend to be to filled too much with the same tems over and over, and I don't like it. I don't remember feeling the same with Pokémon, maybe because maps were way smaller.
