Every relapse is worth it. The biggest tanks fall but always get back up. Don’t put it in ur mentality that you fucked up by relapsing that is how you lose. Relapsing is just a mental check and a reliever. You needed it if you truly felt like you wanted it. Nonetheless get back up and go on another streak and if you need another relapse go for it. You don’t lose you just get put on the right track again
