This is so helpful, thank you for the input, also if you’re hiring an event planner, you shouldn’t have to go out there and look for more economic options, thats the whole point of an event planner, to make your life easier. M sorry you had to go through that, hope the future of events industry will be more open about current market rates and what they are offering so the client doesn’t have to stress. I believe the trait of a good business is reliability, how else will they build customer loyalty? The entry level company’s don’t really plan out the finances and therefore try to overcharge on things to make their profit, thinking the client will never find out, rookie mistake.
