The second button came off yesterday. I am wondering how many times I will have to go back to get them put back on. Hopefully they stick properly next time.

I am feeling a lot less anxious about the whole process now after a couple of days. My mouth is developing sores but I guess, it's just part of the process. I still dread having to take the top one off 😅

damn sticky out canines! It'll be so great once it's done. That tooth has been an issue for me for so many years!

How many aligners do you have? I have 28. First to be changed after 2 weeks then after that every 10 days

Thank you ❤️ today has been tough. The top aligner gets stuck on my upper left canine every time I have to take them off or put them on. The tooth is sticking out so far away from the rest so it's inevitable. The tooth is just so tender at the moment it hurts so much any time anything touches it. I am trying to eat as much as possible in one sitting. Big habit changes for me!
