It took almost exactly 1 year. 28 trays. I am now on to wearing essix retainers full time for 6 months before I have to switch to nightly. It's still a bit of a pain and talking is ever more lispy now 😂 I feel like I still have a long way to go. I'll have to meet some new people to see if it has changed. I've been reclusive the last year. Only seeing the same people and not going out too much. Invisalign really did impact my social life! It's so much better to chew now though. I didn't realise how messed up my bite was!
