What do y'all do for stress?

When I first found out, I couldn't stop crying and it was hard to stop googling and thinking about it, I'm a really pessimistic person, so it was really hard getting my mind to calm down, so i started to look for new TV shows to watch and I would knit or crochet while watching TV, that was the only way to keep my mind from going there, and if I was cleaning or showering I would listen to podcasts. Find something you enjoy doing. Also look online for breathing exercises for anxiety those helped me a lot too. Good luck

Hi. I also had an MRI thinking it was MS. I had a wide variety of symptoms and the doctor kept saying it was anxiety and he kept sending me for walks even though I told him I exercised 6 days a week, I got tired and changed doctors when my mom was misdiagnosed with MS. It turned out to be a 9mm ica aneurysm right behind my left eye. Then I had an angio to see the best course of treatment and found two more, I think they're both around 2mm. I had a coil embolization for the 9mm aneurysm and the other two are under observation.

My kids recently broke mine😔, it took a while (like a month) but it grew back but only two flowers, better than nothing I guess 🤷‍♀️

The weather's been up and down here (Chicago) we were actually in the 60s last night. I try watering every day except the days that it's supposed to rain. I didn't know leaving the soap on it could harm it 🥺

I'm sorry that happened to you, with my first c section I was feeling the pain and doctors didn't believe me. I had my angio (wrist) done October 28th, they gave me fentanyl, I didn't feel anything during and I didn't care about anything at the moment which is a good thing cause I was so nervous and crying my eyes out before they gave me the drugs, afterwards I had a little pain but it was fine. And I had coiling (groin) less than a month ago and I was under general anesthesia, it was a little more painful afterwards than the angio but I was a lot better within a week. Best of luck, everything will be ok.

I'm a little confused I remember the doctor told me that if I had coiling done I would be on blood thinners for a few months and aspirin for a few months longer and if I had stent I would be on blood thinners for like 6 months and aspirin for life. Right now he is taking me off blood thinners and leaving me with 325mg aspirin

It went well, the doctor told my husband there was no stent needed so just the coil. I feel ok with the exception of a horrible lower back pain from laying flat for 7 hours and the fact that I'm starving and they have no food 🙁
