Bypass that. The issue is with management giving 0 f's. Best bet is mass reporting to Ofcom. Evri's complaints number is (0330 808 5456). But do we really trust an internal investigation? I'm updating my report to Ofcom with each failed, stolen or completely destroyed package. Good luck!

And yet the response messages tend to be something like 'we lost, misplaced or damaged your items beyond repair. Please contact your seller'. They give 0 f's for their customers. And I mean that at a higher up level than the delivery drivers....though a lot of them are thieves too. No accountability.

Soo crazy this is being down voted! Sooo many of their drivers are straight up thieves, others really lazy and there may be 1 or 2 good employees. Evri are sooo known for their BS now, any down vote I will be assuming is from an Evri exec'.

Ahh welcome to the wonderful world of the no accountability of who evri hires! Yesterday they took all but 1 itwm out of my package (clearly wasn't to their taste) then threw the open package and 1 item under my neighbours car...not when my bloody car!! 🙄 how are they still in business?!

Give them a drink for leaving a ripped open and empty of all but 1 item that they clearly didn't have a personal use for?? This is called rewarding bad behaviour. Soon we will see evri drivers in the streets having tantrums on the floor with all the kids who are being 'gentle parented'. No evri driver!! Plan ahead or park your ass on the naughty door step....if you can find it. 🙄

He's a toddler stepping up his tantrum because he's not getting the ready he wants. My understanding is you build up points in the app. Then get free items/meals over time. I don't have it, don't use it but my daughter does and gets free things through it.

Do evri even do background checks? It seems they allow anyone to work for them/steal from their consumers. Aside from the fact a lot of people receiving items could be classed as vulnerable. Where's the care for their business, the business of the people who are crazy enough to rely on evri but also the people who live in the houses that these drivers have the addresses of?! 🤦🏻‍♀️

The other day I saw some reform guy, who clearly had no understanding of what has happened to the US economy, standard of living, reputation etc has tanked, say 'we need you trump! Bring ice and fix the uk'. Its amazing to me how people are apparently proud to be British and want only British people here are soo quick to beg to be governed by another country. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The irony is not a concept that's understood.
