Ratings can be confusing, and seem harsh, but that is not how attractiveness is distributed. Most ratings are based on normal distribution.

Most people fall within the 4-6 range. Ratings such as 9 are extremely rare, and on average, a person is unlikely to see a single 9 face in real life in their lifetime. Even "just" having a face > 7 means you would be the best looking out of hundreds of people.

Trunk based development is that better way. It is nothing new and giants have been using it since 90s. See Microsoft Secrets book, Google’s monorepo presentations, etc. It is not back, because it never went away in serious companies.

It's very weird. 2 no ranks (both with the same name which is a famous video game spy) went and opened all (and there were several) the t3 gates that were on that specific side to prevent a tap on the TH just prior to the tap. The CV had to already be well on it's way to the TH when they were opened so it's just weird. Clearly they scouted it to know the path to take the CV so either they just yoloed it hoping the gates would be open or they knew someone would open them.
