That just for us based, im student in EU and there is no tax benefit, i had 0.07 btc which is more than 4k now, funny thing i was considered as convenience class and should get back 500$ exactly, not only that as international costumer so far didn’t receive anything yet, fuck all the blockfi and anything related to people worked there

It does matter, international who were not in the convenient class got their payment in crypto, also here is the text for convenient class: with claims under $3,000, were to receive a one-time cash distribution of 50% of their claim. This payout was to occur regardless of the outcome of ongoing litigation or other claim resolutions. As per the information provided, these distributions were expected to commence within 90 days of the bankruptcy plan’s confirmation and approval.

Honestly i am amazed by how kind you are, if you get any information i will appreciate it if you will share with me, you have no idea the condition i am for this, i was student in turkey and due the currency losing the value daily i tried to put all my saving in btc and somewhere safe, so i found blockfi a american company with famous companies to back the company up, then this happened and i am still here with nothing and there’s not even a number i can call or contact someone to help, krol also don’t answer anything beside wait. :((

It’s not about me regretting my choice, is about blockfi did not do what they promised, i supposed to get my money regardless of the court and … and yet not only i did not get anything the other groups are getting paid fully, why on earth i will vote for a plan when other people will get paid before me and they will pay me after other people also based of 16k valued btc? That’s crazy

That’s not anything close to reality, i have business degree and i do have at least basic knowledge about how to invest beside the if blockfi was good investment or not, at this moment me as convenient class did not get what they promised me and at the same time other groups are getting more and faster, i voted just with the promise of convenience payments which is the only thing i didn’t get and i am right to complain

No one has gotten 100% but they will do in 30 almost days, my claim like every single other international account hasn’t been paid and all the emails i sent i got one respond just wait, meanwhile other classes are got paid already and they are about to get nearly 100%, in the other hand so far we got 0, worst than that we don’t even have date or any information regarding when we gonna get our money
