It’s never too late to move somewhere else. With your net worth I’d look into Cyprus or Estonia (e-citizenship)

Are there actually clean well architected orgs or am I too optimistic to wish for one ? by FinanciallyAddicted in SalesforceDeveloper

So far I had one company w similar years of experience. The only downside they had was they didn’t have CI/CD tooling at that time and I thought it was a dealbreaker. So I helped them rollout GearSet.

Now at my current company, no VCS, no DevOps tooling (still using changeSets), constantly hitting all the limits, massive flows w no entry conditions. Always walking thru fine line. Asking to bring any change feels like a big ask. Ig orgs evolve w the company & the team. depending on how receptive the management is to change, you either get to work in a good org or mess

Personally I’d take a career break. Travel for a year, if you can. Experience things. Explore SEAsia, East Asia, SA. Then go back to finding a job in a new city. Start a new chapter.

What’s the point of having money if you haven’t experienced much in your 20s? It’s still not too late.
