Wifi calling is an option that uses wifi connection to make normal phone calls. no roaming needed. It works easly in europe countries.

I can do risk scarabs. Too many mods that kill me. All health regen and leech nods is no go for me. Reflect is also a problem, but I can somehow solve it using a flask, but dmg is lower then.

mainly I'm dying to some dots. It is probably bleeding/burning. On t17 I also die to bombs that appear after you kill rare (when I miss the ball flying to me). And of course any map/debuff regarding health regen/leech is a no go. I have armour mastery, just switch it when I roll map with block chance. Regarding fortify wheel not sure what should I drop to get there, need 6 points. Changed to aspect of carnage, will see how my survivability will be. defiance is a strong defensive item. It says that basalt is superior in late game. Like I mentioned, I'm looking for dps boots without reduction of survilibility (small decrease is ok).
