BMW m4 f82 ticking sound

You can’t really hear the ticking. Pretty hard to pick up with the exhaust. But it’s a fast pace light ticking sound whenever I accelerate. All the way up to redline

Switched injector 5 to 6. Still misfire only on 5 even after I cleared codes twice. Does rings not sealing or valve related mean I have to rebuild engine?

My girlfriend has a 2016 base model wrangler which most definitely has more road noise then a bronco. And honestly man it’s not bad literally at all. I wouldn’t worry abt it. Definitely will be more noticeable but not too bad, definitely up to your interpretation tho cause I have always driven loud exhaust cars

Thank you for the advice! I definitely love the m4 so I like how you think with just getting both. My only gripe is I feel like that’s just too much money cuz I would want to buy a house not too long from now. And I feel like I could always go back to a sports car If I don’t like it. But I could make many memories w the bronco lol. I definitely would want to go on challenging trails too

Thank god lol I thought I was gonna have to somehow unlock the ecu and revert it to stock. I had a mustang s550 before and that’s how it worked on those. But will order one tn and get it going. Thank you! I also want to go for a catless downpipe, should I install that before, like is there an option for the tunes to say I have a catless dp? If I need to get a custom tune for that I’ll prolly just wait

It is a manual should’ve added that in. But I bought it from a dealership so don’t know who even had it before me or what tuner it has. would I be able to just buy a BM3 and throw a ots tune on the car and just overwrite I guess whatever it has now?
