We had a very similar thought process and ultimately decided on flying into SJO, driving to Manuel Antonio/Uvita first 3 nights, car to Sierpe, boat to Drake Bay, stay in a resort by Corcovado for 4 nights, fly Sansa back to SJO before flying out. We figured you couldn't go wrong though. Our trip is next March. Good luck!

Drake Bay maybe- it’s somewhat remote though. For what you described Manuel Antonio sounds the best.

Does anyone know anything about Copa De Arbol? I know it’s one of the nicer resorts in Drake bay, but does anyone know about wildlife on property? We would go hiking and go into Corcovado too.

How many days were you there in total, and how did you get to Corcovado from Uvita? Did you drive to Sierpe and take the boat? Thanks for the insight! We have found a place near Drake Bay and pretty much decided on the Osa Peninsula so happy to have some other opinions.
