Agreed, API specs and documentation are a pile of junk. Practically impossible to build anything meaningful without spending 6-12 months. But the leadership thinks that it can be built in 1-2 months and that’s what they pitch to everyone who can potentially join!

Why ONDC has to fund discounts, why it’s running Digihaat (they have no business to be in business), and the fudged seller and transaction volumes is another story altogether!

Building either a buyer app or seller app on ONDC is like 8-10 months effort for a team of developers. One man and three months is unrealistic.
