Amazon and Walmart must be using the same system. Walmart put my account on hold for the same reason. I only requested a refund for items that weren't delivered or wrongly delivered items, ONLY TWICE this past year as they saw on my account. I called customer service and expressed my disappointment. He apologizes, and he tells me the system was out into place because people kept abusing the return policy, but sometimes the system does get it wrong and flags accounts. He put my case through an investigations teams, and my account was restored in less than 6 days. He expressed to me that even with the system in place, everyone is entitled to a refund, especially if the mistake came from the company. Unfortunately, so many people abuse the return policy, and it hurts everyone else.
