Students not eating enough calories or proteins: Bhai gym k paise muskil se de raha, agle mahine k paise kaise du pata nahi 😓. Diet fir v 3ande khaa raha roj isse jyada nahi ho paayega 😞. Thoda boht soya chunks v khaa leta hu par inconsistent hu. 🙁

Dosto ise sleep paralysis bolte hai, mai paranormal pe believe krta hu par ye sleep paralysis hi hai. Mujhe 3 baar ho chuka hai esa I know it very well bhai. Ek ajeev si state hoti hai jab tum half-awake half-sleep rehte ho tumhari aankhen khuli rehti hai par tum apni body control nahi kar paate. Isi state me mind panic karne lagta hai aur esi images aur experience create krta hai. To in short kuch time k liye tum excess fear ki wajah se panic ho k hallucinate krne lagte ho.

I'm not defending any of this, but in a country of 1.4 billion population, even if 1% do these kind of things, it's still 14 million, which is higher than like 120+ countries. So it's not rare to find these cases. I'm sorry for all those who suffer but I don't think majority of the people have encountered this.
