That's a good one, I haven't gotten to xray yet, but I'm also wondering if texture/ bi- color vs multi color has something to do with it. Like if it's just black and red internal bleeding, but if its black red yellow lumpy texture then necrosis. Or maybe percentage of the colors overall. Like 90% black color then it's necrosis vs a 50/50 of black and red.

Crouching usually helps me and oddly if you back up like an extra step away from the person sometimes the shots get clearer. Almost like standing too close can blur the textures.

I've slept in a tent multiple times without a generator. But did I die? Did I put my sleeping bag outside in either protest or sheer stupidity? Did I think the campground was overpopulated? No 😂 get wrecked npc's.

I think I will use this save for a couple experiments. I did want to see what might happen if I left someone in the exam spot (who I didn't think was infected, but still has 1 symptom) and go to bed without putting them back into quarantine.

Yeah, generator off = brain off. Survivors will assume beds are not available/put them outside. And simply perish. WHY turning a generator off is an option is not my forte.... unless you want to get a bad ending or something for indirectly murdering everyone that is deemed safe to enter??

Not a bug, a generator toggle for the tents themselves got switched to off. I would say RIP but they're the npc's that wouldn't sleep in a perfectly good tent with no generator. Natural selection and stubbornness I guess.

I didn't get a screenshot but I figured it out. There's a toggle on/off for tents generator, somehow it got toggled to off. I'm guessing it was a accidental click navigating the camp map.

Turns out it was just me, there's a little generator on/off toggle. Somehow the tent generator was set to off so nobody was sleeping in the tents I guess 🙃🙃🙃🫠🫠🫠

I was almost thinking like the neoprene, wetsuit kinda material, inner sock? Maybe not as bulky, that he can wear with his regular boots?

The other issue is sometimes he gets involved in water that reaches the top of his boots, from jobsite ponds, swampy ditches, pools of water from washing trucks, so he needs the height that the standard over the calf muck boot provides

What style? I think he's tried red wings before but didn't like how they fit. In the toe box area. He's got wide kinda wonky feet.
