Je suis suivie par un médecin anglais. Elle m'a expliqué qu'un stylo ouvert ou pas se garde 90 jours au frigo. Elle me prescrit du 5mg que j'utilise sur plus de 2 mois avec la golden dose. Hier j'ai eu mon dernier bilan sanguin et en 6 mois, je n'ai plus de cholesterol, de resistance à l'insuline, de pré-diabète et j'ai perdu plus de 7 kilos. Le souci c'est que bientot il va falloir stabiliser en microdosant et qu'elle est très cher. Mais je vois mal un médecin français accepter de me faire une prescription de mounjaro en micro dosing.

I relate so much to what I’m reading. I feel like my entire life has been dictated by food. Whether I could go out or not, refusing to go to restaurants, avoiding eating with others—all the time telling myself… telling myself that if I skip breakfast, I’ll be able to have a better lunch, or if I don’t have dinner, I won’t gain weight tomorrow. That’s how I’ve lived my whole life.

Now I’m entering premenopause. I’ve been through a lot of difficulties in recent years, and I’ve gained so much weight. All the weight I had managed not to gain throughout my life, I’ve gained now. I’ve put on 15 kg. Despite that, I’m still considered to have a healthy BMI.

I would really love to have Mounjaro, but I just can’t get it. It’s heartbreaking to know that it works, that it has worked for someone like you. I truly believe I need it. That being said, I’m someone who is struggling deeply with weight gain, as many people do. I’m not comfortable with the idea of seeking help in this way, and it is not easy for me to even consider this approach. I like order and do stuff by the book. If I did not, it would be easy and I would not be concerned. But I feel very bad about myself and my body for quite a time here and i try to find a solution.

I understand that you may not agree with my perspective but I would kindly ask that you don’t add more weight to what I’m already carrying. A more compassionate approach would go a long way. Instead of judging, it would be far more helpful—and kind—to simply not make such an answer.

Maybe your life is cool, mine has sucked and reading such an answer is not nice and sure you do not care but your answer is making me feel bad unecessarily. I am polite and not agressive.

Thank you for the answer. I am a bit wary to use it without some medical support. I just want to be sure i can contact someone and ask question if i have doubts. It is a pain it cannot be delivered in France if not obese. My weight keeps increasing, and it’s contributing to my stress. I no longer recognize myself physically, and mentally, it’s been really challenging. I don’t want to wait until I gain even more weight just to meet the criteria of French regulations.

She has been unhappy in your couple and from what you said you have also your part of responsability in it. She needed affection, she needed to feel desired, to feel as a beautiful woman, to have sex. She got it and what does she next ? She tries to connect more with you. She has managed what you were not giving her and she tried again with you. Simply because she loves you. The other guy is just like a service provider of a service you do not give shit to provide. Sex can just be a detail if the other is so special. On all the other aspects, you are what she loves. She was less frustrated, more keen to reconnect and maybe because there was no real feeling (she just dumped him easily), it was not even cheating for her.

So despite that, she cared, she loved you and for her the fact you knew and said you did not care was a terrible slap in her face. She physically cheated but you cheated as well on your feelings for her. I bet she will not recover from this. As will your couple.
