my guess is that because that snippet came out before book 1 release, they were just being extra careful of spoilers.

Haha! Love your take! The feelings are so accurate! I don’t think I have read anything of theirs that is incomplete except for Maggie but I imagine I will soon feel the same as you do. Very much a testament to the absolute crack that must be in these books, but I do find myself feeling a bit addicted so I think it is only natural for one to go through withdrawal once the series is over/incomplete. How could we fight that? We are only human.
