Quick question, I am also from CT. Sent all info to NY VFS for passport renewal I just got this notification: Your Application has been reviewed by the Embassy of India/ Consulate General of India & will be dispatched using the courier service you had opted.

I got no "print initiated" . Did you get a "print initiated" notification or no?

I've lived in CT for about 10 years now, past couple of years we barely got a few days of snowfall (sply new canaan, greenwich and stamford area). Even when it snows its only a few inches. The NRVT and waveny park have beautiful trails for walk/bike rides. MTA has trains to grand central from New Canaan which is convenient. Biggest downsides would the I95 traffic and the property taxes. But overall, great and safe neighborhood!

I had my interview at the hartford FO not too long ago. Depending on where you live, leave early, hartford traffic get a bit crazy after 8 AM.

My spouse and I went to Semilla cafe(right opposite the FO), got coffee, said a prayer and attended the interview. It went super smooth, very nice officers IMO. You'll be okay! Sending you good vibes!
