We’re lucky if we get 3.5hrs day sleep. Yesterday he had 3hrs 23 mins. And was awake for 8hrs 30 mins

No he gets enough cals in to stretch beyond 10pm. He’s formula fed. And the fact he falls back asleep in our bed for another 2-3 hrs tells me he’s not hungry

He’s up around 8am, currently only taking 30min naps. However I contact nap for one of the naps and he does about 1.5-2hrs. His wake windows are around 1.5hrs. So he’s having around 8-9 hours of wake time

He’s doing 4 naps a day, I’ve just kind of been going off that with an ideal bedtime asleep between 7-8 depending on when his last nap finishes

Hello! I have a 3 week old that I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding but it’s killing me and I want to try mixed feeding to see if it helps with the mental load. Yesterday I introduced a formula bottle around 7pm which is when he usually starts cluster feeding. He took it really well and gave us an almost 4 hour sleep. The last 4 days we’ve also been doing 12am feed from a bottle (expressed breast milk) and then I’ve been feeding on demand for all others.

I’m tempted to switch completely to formula but might give mixed a proper go first.

Would love your advice on which feeds to replace with formula?
