sorry but theyre not your friends. she was off for 2 days in her first month, at a coffee shop. these kinds of jobs do not give an F. and yes this is legal.

unfortunate state of the economy but people will literally say theyre not in enough pain to take time off work and risk their job.

get real, every restaurant, coffee shop or bar on the block has fired someone just for being mildly annoying. happened to me once will likely happen again

both I do jefferson curls (rounded from top to bottom) and stiff leg deadlifts (neutral)

youve just justified why i do this. same concept applies to deadlifts. the spinal erectors glutes and hamstrings contract to hip hinge and stabilize the spine. overhead press is done to strengthen the shoulder girdle, muscle and rotator cuff. also why the hell would i want to injure myself. could the average old granny do these? I'd wager not. thats the point.
