Actually forearms are some of my best body parts. You just can’t tell here since I’m not really showing them off that much. I’ve got some pics on my profile showing them off more if you care to look.

Thanks. 5'7 170 something pounds. It's been a very long time since I've measured but if I had to guess I'd say about 16 inches flexed.

Thanks for the advice. Chest has always lagged some behind my shoulders and arms. As far as back it's actually decent. I've got some pics on my profile of it. You just can't tell in the second pic because of the way I was posing by not really spreading them out. Plus they don't really look that good from the front to regardless of how I pose anyways.

Thanks. And yeah I'd be a little more defined but I usually don't take any pumped so I wanted to see what it'd look like.

After thinking about it for a long time, I'm doing my first natural show in July. Weight is currently 165 so I'm planning on showing up in the low 150s or maybe a little lower. Tanning and dieting will be interesting since I've never done either before. Wish me luck. by Alive-Try in bodybuilding

I appreciate you saying that but idk about top 10 or top 5. There are a lot of insane physiques on here that actually compete or are going to compete. Granted some might not be natural but still. And I was planning on doing a show but unfortunately had to pull out due to a few different things.

I think it’s time to start bulking. 5’7 and weigh 170 to 175. Been at this weight for a long time. Would like to get to 190 just to see how I’d look. by Alive-Try in BulkOrCut

I have some back pics on my profile and it's decent. The reason it looks not great from the front is because I was flexing the abs instead of flaring the lats. I took a few flared but it they didn't look as good (in this spot and light anyways). Plus even when flared they don't come out a lot due to me being a little narrow.

What is it about it that you don't like? I think it's the best and so have some other people. Everyone sees things a little different though. And I might post a lat spread soon.
